Duration: 12+ Months

 

Must Have:

• Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong Healthcare domain.
• QA, with a strong focus on API requirements, validation, and testing across healthcare systems..
• Healthcare SME & BSE Responsibilities, API & Integration Focus
• Perform or support API testing and validation (functional, integration, and regression).
• Support release planning, UAT coordination, and production readiness activities.

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong Healthcare domain expertise to work onsite at a USA client location. The candidate will act as a Business Systems Expert (BSE) and Subject Matter Expert (SME), owning requirements end-to-end and driving API-focused healthcare solutions.

 

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Healthcare domain (Payer or Provider systems).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience working as a BSE / SME in enterprise healthcare programs.
• Strong understanding of API-based architectures and integrations.
• Experience defining API requirements, contracts, and data mappings.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (functional, integration, data validation).
• Ability to translate healthcare business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing onsite role.

 

Responsibilities:

• Own product backlog and prioritize based on business goals.
• Conduct requirement workshops and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Provide domain expertise on member, benefits, enrollment, claims, and integrations.
• Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Support UAT, release planning, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and quality expectations.
