Job Summary
The Oracle Fusion Procurement and Order Management Functional Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Order Management modules. The role focuses on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring streamlined supply chain operations, compliance, and system optimization.

- Implementation & Configuration
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of:
- Procurement Cloud (Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts)
- Order Management Cloud (Order Orchestration, Pricing, Shipping, Fulfillment)
- Product Information Management (PIM) and Inventory integrations
- Configure approval workflows, document styles, suppliers, PO types, OM rules, pricing strategies, and fulfillment setups.
- Work with Finance teams to align Procurement & OM flows with AP, AR, and GL integration.
- Business Process Design
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand procurement and order management processes.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution design deliverables.
- Testing & Deployment
- Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI, or web services.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Support & Enhancements
- Handle incident management, change requests, and user support for Procurement and OM modules.
- Work with Oracle support to resolve SRs and apply quarterly patch updates.
- Create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and ensure smooth adoption.

- Functional Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle Applications (EBS/Fusion Cloud) with at least 2 full-cycle Fusion implementations.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Approvals, Receiving, Invoicing
- Order-to-Cash (O2C): Order Entry, Pricing, Fulfillment, Shipping, Invoicing
- Strong knowledge of Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, and Order Orchestration Rules.
- Exposure to integration with Financials (AP/AR/GL) and Inventory.
- Technical Understanding
- Proficient in FBDI / ADFDI templates for data migration.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, BIP/OTBI reporting, and workflow configurations.
- Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and approval hierarchies.
- Documentation & Methodology
- Skilled in creating Oracle documentation such as BR100, MD50, AIM/OUM deliverables.

**1. Functional Expertise & Implementation**
* Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of **Oracle Cloud SCM modules**, with emphasis on **Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)**.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and Oracle solutions.
* Support **end-to-end planning cycle design** – from demand forecasting to supply execution.
* Configure planning parameters such as lead times, sourcing rules, safety stock, and planning constraints.
**2. Business Process Analysis**
* Partner with business stakeholders in **Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, and Procurement** to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
* Identify opportunities to streamline planning and replenishment processes.
* Develop and document business process flows, use cases, and gap analyses.
**3. Integration & Data**
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud SCM modules, ERP (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory), and analytics/reporting tools.
* Validate data accuracy between planning systems and transactional modules (OM, INV, MFG).
* Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities for planning-related data.
**4. Testing & Deployment**
* Develop functional test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve defects.
* Support go-live and post-production stabilization activities.
* Prepare detailed configuration and process documentation for knowledge transfer.
**5. Continuous Improvement & Support**
* Provide ongoing functional support for planning applications, including issue resolution, enhancements, and user training.
* Monitor and optimize planning performance metrics (forecast accuracy, supply adherence, etc.).
* Stay current on Oracle SCM Cloud updates, quarterly patches, and best practices.
3. Oracle GTM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Consultant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle GTM within Oracle Supply Chain or ERP Cloud environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design solutions that ensure compliance, streamline global trade processes, and optimize system performance.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Gather and analyze business requirements related to global trade compliance, logistics, and supply chain processes.
* Design and configure Oracle GTM solutions including compliance screening, trade document management, restricted party screening, license management, and customs filing.
* Support end-to-end Oracle GTM implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and deployment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, Finance) to integrate GTM processes with Oracle ERP and SCM Cloud modules.
* Develop and document functional specifications, configurations, test scripts, and training materials.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support business users during go-live and post-production.
* Provide expertise on trade regulations, export/import compliance, and global trade best practices.

### **Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field (master's preferred).

* Strong understanding of global trade processes including export/import compliance, customs, screening, and licensing.
* Experience integrating Oracle GTM with ERP and SCM modules (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics).
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ECCN, HS Codes, ITAR, EAR, OFAC, etc.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
### **Preferred Skills**
* Experience with Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) alongside GTM.
* Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) GTM implementations.
* Familiarity with trade compliance automation and customs filing solutions.
* Certification in Oracle GTM or related modules is a plus.
