USAN Architect / Remote

 

As a USAN Architect, you will design scalable, secure, and innovative CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, and USAN’s SaaS accelerators. You’ll lead technical discovery, create solution architectures, and support pre-sales engagements to drive customer success in contact center transformations.

 

 

• Lead technical discovery sessions, POCs, workshops, and solution presentations
• Architect omnichannel contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, and USAN toolkits
• Create technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demos
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs
• Guide customers through best-practice architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Maintain technical documentation and reference architectures
• Provide feedback to product teams for roadmap improvements

 

Skills

• 8 –10 years in CCaaS solution architecture, preferably with Amazon Connect
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, WFM, Dialer, and customer engagement platforms
• Experience with AWS services, especially Lambda, S3, CloudFormation
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations (Lex, Polly, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead customer engagements and influence technical decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience in USAN migration
