Job: - SAP DataSphere Consultant

Location: This position is primarily remote; however, will require reporting Onsite to the commission headquarters in Harrisburg, PA.                

Term: 12+ Months

Interview Process: Virtual

Duration-: 12+ Months  

Candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE, and OH will be given preference. 

Work Type / Location:  This position is primarily remote; however, will require reporting Onsite to the commission headquarters in Harrisburg, PA. 

Onsite work is usually 1 week per month

  

Roles & Responsibilities:

•                     Design and implement data models using SAP DataSphere

•                     Develop analytics solutions using SAP SAC, including data visualization and reporting

•                     Optimize data performance and scalability using SAP Native HANA

•                     Integrate data from various sources using SAP DataSphere

•                     Ensure data quality, security, and governance across the organization

•                     Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and policies

•                     Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

•                     Stay up to date with SAP innovations and roadmap

•                     Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business) to drive data-driven decision-making

 

Required Skills & Experience:

•                     8-12 years of total IT experience

•                     Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP DataSphere

•                     Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)

•                     Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Native HANA

•                     Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering

•                     Strong knowledge of data modelling, analytics, and data visualization

•                     Bachelor's degree in engineering or a bachelor's degree in technology from a recognized university
