Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Culver City, CA (5x/ week onsite) ( Local Candidates only)

Rate: $64 /hr on C2C

 

JD:

Scrum Master

Must-have: Good knowledge in Scrum Methodology.

- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint.

- Retrospectives, ensuring they are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

- Coach Agile Principles Coach team members, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders on agile principles, Scrum values, and best practices to maximize the value created by the team.

- Remove Impediments proactively identify; track, and help the team remove impediments and blockers that hinder their progress. Escalate issues to management when necessary.

- Foster Continuous Improvement Encourage a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) by guiding the team through effective retrospectives and helping them implement actionable improvements.

- Protect the Team Shield the team from external distractions, interruptions, and scope creep, allowing them to remain focused on the Sprint Goal.

- Promote Collaboration Foster a collaborative and trusting environment between the development team, the Product Owner, and stakeholders.
