Job Description

1. PEGA Senior Dev

• LSA certification (Must have)
• 5 to 8 years' experience in Pega development
• Experience with building Pega applications using dev studio
• Experience with Pega platform versions 7.x or higher
• Experience working in an agile team
• Design and development experience in Pega Case management
• Design and development experience in Pega integrations like Rest API & SOAP
• Experience in creating File listeners and Connect file
• Experience in creating Agents, job schedulers & Queue processers.
• Working knowledge on Rule versioning
• Working knowledge on Reports
• Working knowledge on designing Pega UI using sections, harness
• Experience working within agile environment
• Ability to work independently.
• Should be able to provide best solutions/designs for given requirements
• Exception handling

2. PEGA Junior Dev

• 2-year-old CSA certification
• 2-to-5-year experience in software development
• Experience with Pega platform versions 7.x or higher
• Experience working in an agile team
• Development experience in Pega Case management & Pega integrations like Rest API & SOAP
• Experience in creating File listeners and Connect file
• Experience in creating Agents, job schedulers & Queue processers

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and real-time/streaming pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data engineering frameworks (Spark, Beam).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and solution design skills.
