Job Description:

Magento Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Magento (Adobe Commerce), strong architectural design skills, and the ability to integrate complex systems in a high-volume, large-scale environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the technical architecture for Magento-based eCommerce platforms.
• Lead solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Oversee integration with ERP, CRM, PIM, and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct performance tuning, code reviews, and architecture audits.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in eCommerce development, with 6+ years in Magento (Adobe Commerce).
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, customization, and extension development.
• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript frameworks (React, Knockout.js).
• Experience with cloud hosting (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL) and system integrations.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and high-availability architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices for eCommerce platforms.

 

Nice-to-Have:

• Adobe Commerce certifications (e.g., Magento Certified Architect).
• Experience with headless commerce and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
