Location: Plano, TX (3 days hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Must have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Must hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification
• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce coding and configuration
• Experience in architecting Salesforce solutions
• Extensive expertise in various integrations, particularly API integrations
• Proficient in code review and effective collaboration with development teams
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, with a strong record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
• Technical Architecture: Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Hands-on Development: Perform development and configuration using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Integrations: Lead and support complex integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and team practices.
• Innovation & Learning: Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.

 

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows).
• Proven experience architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive integration experience using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Skilled in code reviews, debugging, and agile development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
