Must-Have Skills

• SAP APMe Tool Experience (Primary)
• 8+ Years – SAP SuccessFactors experience
• 3+ Years – Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management (Enterprise Edition)

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP APMe Consultant to join our SAP Practice team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software and strong communication skills (written and verbal).

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.
• Design and manage commission and incentive plans for external producers.
• Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission data across multiple insurance products.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of:
  • Producer Management
  • Compensation & Performance
  • Agent Connection modules
• Provide technical expertise to develop solutions and estimates.
• Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions, and client presentations.

 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.
• Proven expertise in commission calculations and payments.
• US health insurance experience is a plus.
