Responsibilities:

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will Designing and implementing
Java-based applications.
Analyzing user requirements to inform application design.
Defining application objectives and functionality.
Aligning application design with business goals.
Developing and testing software.
Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
Producing detailed design documentation.
Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure. o Developing
multimedia applications.
Developing documentation to assist users.
Ensuring continuous professional self-development



Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Springboot, C++
5+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka
Exposure to microservices.
Background in Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with
little supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.



The most successful candidates will also have experience in the
following:

Gitflow
Atlassian products – BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence etc.
Continuous Integration tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or TFS
