Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration architecture, middleware technologies, and API management, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Architecture: Develop and maintain the high-level integration architecture between UKG and Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.
• Integration Strategy: Define and implement a strategy that ensures seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Integration Governance: Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Data Compliance: Identify and address data compliance challenges, implementing solutions that align with regulations and standards.
• Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Create and manage SLAs to set performance expectations for integration services.
• UKG API Version Upgrade: Plan and execute the upgrade of UKG APIs, ensuring minimal disruption to existing integrations.
• Middleware Optimization: Optimize Dell Boomi operations, especially for large data volumes, to enhance efficiency.
• API Management: Oversee API management processes, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Error Handling & Recovery: Design robust mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
• Data Transformation & Mapping: Develop and implement strategies to facilitate accurate and efficient data flow.
• Integration Patterns: Identify and apply the best integration patterns, leveraging industry standards.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all integration solutions adhere to security and compliance best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in integration architecture and engineering, particularly with UKG and Oracle HCM.
• Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with API design, API management, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data compliance regulations and security best practices.
