8+ years of experience in XML/XSLT development.
Ceridian Dayforce experience is a must.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve XML-related issues.
Document XML schemas and integration processes.
Stay updated on XML best practices.
End-to-end lifecycle experience in Dayforce  
Experience in designing and implementing the Dayforce solution across the platform
and a mix of clients  
Recognized as a Dayforce functional expert in at least WFM or Payroll capabilities
Clear understanding of Dayforce functional solution capabilities and how these meet
client business needs
