Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Siteminder & Spring Boot Administrator with 5-7 years of extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Siteminder and Spring Boot technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), API integration, authentication protocols, and enterprise-level application support. Strong proficiency in related technologies like Open DJ, LDAP, IBM Cognos, Control M, Ab Initio, and Informatica is highly desirable.
The role requires someone with a strong background in Siteminder policy management, Spring Boot microservices, cloud-native architectures, and hands-on experience in implementing and integrating these technologies across complex IT infrastructures. The candidate will ensure optimal security, scalability, and reliability of mission-critical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Siteminder Administration:
Lead the installation, configuration, and administration of Siteminder, including policy management, authentication schemes, and SSO integration across enterprise-wide applications.

Spring Boot Microservices Management:
Design, implement, and manage Spring Boot microservices, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient interaction between distributed systems.
Identity Management Integration:
Integrate Siteminder with various IAM solutions, such as Open DJ and LDAP, to ensure efficient identity federation and access management across systems.

SSO & Authentication Management:
Administer SSO environments using Siteminder, ensuring seamless and secure access for users to applications. Implement OAuth, SAML, and other authentication methods for secure API access.

Cloud and Infrastructure Support:
Deploy and manage cloud-native Spring Boot applications and ensure Siteminder integration with cloud services, including monitoring performance and implementing optimizations.

Automation & Process Management:
Implement automated workflows for user provisioning/de-provisioning and IAM processes using tools like Control M, Terraform, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with Siteminder, Spring Boot applications, and related systems, ensuring timely resolution of authentication, access, or application-related issues.

Data Integration:
Work with ETL tools like Ab Initio and Informatica to ensure seamless data flow and integration between applications and databases, while ensuring adherence to security protocols.

Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure alignment of Siteminder policies, Spring Boot microservices, and IAM strategies.
Optimization:
Analyze and optimize performance for Siteminder and Spring Boot services, ensuring they meet organizational SLAs and business needs.

Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with Siteminder policy management, access control, and SSO integration.
Deep knowledge of Spring Boot microservices architecture and cloud-native deployment.
Expertise in LDAP and Open DJ for directory and identity services integration.
Familiarity with IBM Cognos for reporting and data analytics.
Strong experience in Control M, Ab Initio, and Informatica for scheduling and data integration.
Proficiency in implementing OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect authentication protocols.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and encryption methods.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Advanced certifications or training in Siteminder, Spring Boot, IAM, or cloud technologies are preferred.
Relevant certifications such as Siteminder Certified Professional, Spring Professional Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable.
