Role: Jr. Project Manager with PowerPoint (16898-1)
Location: Remote (EST/CST candidates only)
Duration: 12+ Months
Requirements:
- 2+ years' work experience in healthcare (e.g. Biotech, Pharma, Medical Equipment, etc.)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AGILE/SCRUM certification.
- Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare and present reports for senior management and steering committees regarding the status and health of the project(s).
- The successful candidate will work directly with Division-level, and in some cases Group level management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- He or she will coordinate with other departments (e.g. Shared Services functions) to ensure all aspects of each project are aligned to the appropriate functional strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, or in a related area.
- Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and self-starting mindset is expected.
- Reports directly to either an IT Program Manager, or the IT Pharma Director depending on size and complexity of the project(s) being managed. T
- The PM augments project work to enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add and strengthen the value delivered by the IT Pharma 4.0 Program.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Manager
- Developing and Tracking Budgets
