NOTE: We are looking for Business Analysts who are good at process design, documenting, analysis, requirement gathering, process impact etc. with HR domain experience.
Process Areas:Hire --> Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, Offboard.
Job Summary:We are looking for Business Analysts with HCM background/experience. (Workday, Oracle or any other HCM system). Excellent communication skills.
· Gather, build, and document detailed process requirements (global and regional) - L0-L1-L2 Process mapping / designing
· Prep for design workshops, incl. gathering documentation/data, scheduling, notes
· Support user and agent testing, launch readiness, and cutover plan
· Define reporting and analytics requirements for process
· Build comms, training, KBs, and enablement for delivery teams
· Design and update employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, etc.
