Job Description:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of enterprise level experience supporting, deploying, and executing preventive maintenance in a mission-critical LAN (local area network) and 2+ year of experience supporting network connectivity to and within Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
• 3+ years of Network Design and project deployment experience 
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining Cisco hardware/software, switching and routing in on-prem datacenters
• 3+ years of experience working with Network Load balancers
• Oversee the support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management
• Support the implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements of IT service delivery, to drive value and support
• Support market and project testing; support specification, configuration, and sustain activities, utilizing 3rd party services as directed
• Run small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities
• Responsible for operational compliance of all technology-related issues across IS/IT, including information security, privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access, and data integrity 

Other (Preferred)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework is preferred
• Experience working with Firewalls is preferred
• Automation (Ansible and Terraform) experience is preferred
• Experience working with or developing Network monitoring tools is preferred
• Understanding of OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP to perform and analyze packet captures is preferred
