Role: : Business Analyst with Flex cube
Location: Washington D.C.
Type of hire: Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
Looking for Business Analyst with at least 10 years of experience with banking or lending in Flex cube .
· Experience in various BA requirement elicitation techniques and producing various BA artifacts.
· Should have experience in the below Flex cube modules
- Should be responsible to optimize financial processes, manage financial resources, mitigate risks, and control administrative expenditure using Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Should have experience with key FLEXCUBE modules and an understanding of workflow automation.
- Financial Resource Management:
- Ensure sufficient financial resources through effective planning and budgeting.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and transactions using FLEXCUBE modules:
- Core Banking
- Cash Management
- Investment Management
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks using the Risk Management module.
- Implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Expense Control:
- Identify and control administrative expenses using the Expense Management and Accounts Payable modules
- Implement Internal Controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
- Workflow Automation:
- Knowledge of PowerApps is a plus for developing automated workflows and custom reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the solution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Support testing teams for validation of Test cases and UAT
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
· Prior experience with workflow solutions, specifically Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate is a strong plus.
- Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
ESSENTIAL
- At least 10 years of experience as a BA
- Experience in various BA requirement elicitation techniques and producing various BA artifacts.
- Must have prior BA experience with banking or lending processes/use-cases.
- Experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories
PREFERRED
- Prior experience with workflow solutions, specifically Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate is a strong plus.
- Strong banking and financial services experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
ADDITIONAL
- Excellent customer facing skills.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
