Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a blend of both infrastructure and development experience
Top Must Haves:
- Experience developing features on sailpoint (IIQ) and build API's
- Experience maintaining infrastructure on the cloud
- Ec2, Kubernetes
- Java Resource
- Heavy developing experience with identity and access exp; and sailpoint
- Good proactive communication skills
- Autonomy to work on their own, does not need to be hand held
Responsibilities:
- Act as a member of the core development team responsible for the full development lifecycle, deployment and maintenance of critical solutions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Participate in the development and design activities, testing and test development, support and enable operation teams.
- Implement features and components of the solution, develop deep technical understanding and take ownership of the selected areas and technologies.
- Understand user/business system requirements, work with internal customers to collect and refine technical information, participate in design and review meetings.
- Help customers integrate with the IAM solutions, test integrations as well as enable customers to test integrations themselves.
- Participate in review and triage of the incoming requirements and enhancements requests; assess, plan, design and implement solutions following the release timelines, priorities and objectives.
- Develop, debug and peer review code changes
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across technology areas including interacting with other internal teams, partners and technology vendors
- Create developer and customer enablement documentation and materials
- Stay current on new technologies and act as driver of innovation for the Enterprise.
- Having a can-do attitude, employ high level of personal commitment to each task and a drive to deliver.
- Enable peers to be successful through knowledge sharing, coaching and positive influencing
- Mentor junior associates and explore new IAM technologies
- Partner with Governance teams for continual review, enhancement, and execution of compliance requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout the delivery of solutions.
- Participate in the design and development of the front end components and user interfaces.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python).
- Proven understanding of web application development
- Proven experience in Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database schema design.
- Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing using Java, JUnit, JUnit, and Selenium.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hands on experience using CI/CD pipelines - Git and Jenkins, specifically utilizing shell scripting on freestyle jobs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in delivering engineering applications using agile/scrum methodology
- High proficiency with JSON, XML, or REST development
- Strong understanding of the cloud-based products, infrastructure and services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels
- Must have a positive can do attitude and be a proactive problem-solver
- Working experience on identity management platforms ( Sailpoint , Savynt…)
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
