Job Description

Role: Product Manager

Location: Boise / Houston , US

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Manager having experience of about 3-5 years for a Development Project you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design.

Technical Skills:

· Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals.

· Conduct market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and product improvements.

· Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to develop product requirements and specifications.

· Prioritize features, define the scope, and set clear objectives and KPIs for product initiatives.

· Manage the product development process from conception through to launch, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to keep projects on track.

· Gather and analyze user feedback and data to improve the product.

· Experience in the creation of functional specifications and building plans to deliver .

· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Experience in Java development, Agile/Scrum process, and JIRA tool.

· Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels

· Develop and communicate a comprehensive project strategy, outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, risk assessment, and success criteria for the Java development initiative

· Effectively allocate project resources, manage a cross-functional team, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with project goals, adherence to best practices, and successful delivery

· Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements effectively, and ensure alignment of project outcomes with stakeholder expectations

· Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, create mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to ensure project progress remains on track and within defined parameters

Responsibilities

· Drive new software projects through the development process.

· Lead technical design and architecture discussions across cross-functional teams.

· Work with platform/asset teams and portfolio managers to break down technical requirements to executable Initiatives and Project Epics

· Develop user stories with developers and manage backlog.

· Influence others across the organization to remain focused on desired outcomes and deadlines.

Process Skills:

· Agile Methodology:

o Strong understanding of sprint planning

o Participate in scrum meeting

o Prioritize the activities

· Project Management

Qualification:

· Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)

· Scrum master certification is preferred.

 

Role: Product Manager – Methone HPX

Location: Boise / Houston , US

Who are we looking for?

Role: Product Owner – E Commerce

Location: Boise/Houston, US

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Owner having experience of about 7+ years for a Development Project.

Technical Skills:

· Good experience as product owner / business analyst preferably in eCommerce domain

· Drives business requirements, analyses requirements, reprioritizing and scoping them for Product Increments / Sprints, Develops and/or directs development of schedules

· Coordination between project team and business users on User Acceptance tests

· Responsible for creating of EPICS, user stories and grooming the stories

· Responsible for defining acceptance criteria and exit criteria for stories

· Responsible for clarifying team’s queries on business requirements and priorities

· Must be able to do scrum master role – scheduling ceremonies, driving scrum calls, coordination towards resolving impediments, capacity planning and tracking metrics (burndown, velocity etc.)

· Good experience working in agile methodologies – SCRUM / SAFE

· Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices.

· Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

· Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

· Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: Houston/Boise, US

Who are we looking for?

· We are looking for a project Manager having experience of about 12+ years for a Development Project.

Technical Skills:

· Experience in the creation of functional specifications and building plans to deliver.

· Good Experience in Project/program management skills, data operations, ChromeOS highly desired, iOS and Android architectural understanding a plus

· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

· Experience in Java development, Agile/Scrum process, and JIRA tool.

· Ability to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit levels

· Develop and communicate a comprehensive project strategy, outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, risk assessment, and success criteria for the Java development initiative

Role:  Business Analyst - Data Visualization

Location: Houston/Boise, US

Who are we looking for?  

  We are looking for Business Analyst with strong skills in Data Visualization Experienced. you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions.

Technical Skills:   

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role

· Data Collection & Analysis Gather, analyze, and interpret business data from various sources to support decision-making processes.

· Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visual presentations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Present insights in a clear and engaging way for stakeholders.

· Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis

· Experience with data warehouse and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or SAS

· Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization through data insights.

· Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.

· Experience in data analysis, modeling, and reporting with an ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
