Detailed Job Description:-
- 8+ years experience .NET 5+ years experience MS SQL Server database design and tuning Experience working with a team utilizing Agile and Jira
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, multidimensional analysis, databases, data calculation, and aggregation techniques
- Strong understanding of application integrations - development, configuration, management (OneStream a plus)
- Experience with Googledocs, sheets, slides including Google scripting Organization and prioritization skills; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Good analytic and debugging skills Great communication skills working in a global company
- Preferred Job Skills
- 3+ years experience with Sales Performance Data (SFDC, WorkDay, Varicent)
- 3+ years SPM application implementations (OneStream or Anaplan a plus)
Functional understanding of Sales Performance Management processes
(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
(3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
(4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
(5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
(6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
