Job Title: WPF Developer
Location: Houston, TX (onsite day 1)

 
Job Description:
7+ years of enterprise software development experience, namely building and supporting enterprise line of business applications in mixed-platform environments
5+ years of hands-on C# development experience, including experience with WPF and MVVM patterns
5+ years of database development experience with one or more RDBMS technologies (MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
Strong experience in the design and development of large multi-tiered applications
Strong experience using the .NET Framework and a variety of open source and commercial component frameworks
Knowledge and experience of distributed computing technologies, caching and in-memory data processing, and concurrent programming
Strong knowledge and experience of software design patterns and enterprise integration patterns
Knowledge and experience with unit testing frameworks and best practices
Knowledge and experience with enterprise messaging patterns and technology
Knowledge and experience of automated build tools and integrated builds
Knowledge and experience with using TFS, Git, ADO in full software lifecycle
Knowledge and experience with usage of Git source code repository, Feature branch, Branch strategy Pull Requests, Gated Checkin, Pull Request Reviews, Conflict resolution, Pull Push to Git repo etc.
Good to have Knowledge and experience of energy trading, scheduling, valuation, risk management, and settlement systems
