Formal Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Terms: 1yr contract w/ potential for extension
Target Pay Rate: $50/hr C2C
Location: Malvern, PA
Work schedule details: hybrid – 3 days onsite & 2 remote – M/F remote & T/W/T onsite

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role or similar operational position.
- Expertise in AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS, etc.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash to build automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and performance optimization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and observability practices.
