• Responsibilities:
- As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Oracle SCM Maintenance Cloud. Your day-to-day activities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring system performance, and implementing upgrades and patches. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements. The primary skill required for this role is advanced proficiency in Oracle SCM Maintenance Cloud. Additionally, having advanced proficiency in Job Schedulers Technical Design & Architecture, intermediate proficiency in Software Engineering, and intermediate proficiency in Product Design will be advantageous.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Maintain and optimize Oracle SCM Maintenance Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM Maintenance Cloud.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades and patches.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
- Infor's Workforce Management (WFM) software engineer role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the WFM product and its modules. This role also includes reviewing deliverables from other development teams, and helping to identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design.
