Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Business Systems Technology team through strong collaboration amongst leaders and business partners.
• Business Systems Technology with Sales Cloud ,PMP & Saas experience
• Provide strategic direction for technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system documentation, including support processes, data, functionality, procedures, and security protocols.
• Negotiate and manage vendors, including SLAs, to ensure optimal service delivery to the organization.
• Oversee the integration of business systems to ensure connected data flows and interoperability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Business Systems Technology team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in system management.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies and gaps, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
