Job Details:
Plan, test, and implement proxy services controls.
Be an SME on Forcepoint Proxy, and Zscaler ZIA. Problem solving across multiple complex environments is common.
Understand the network infrastructure, firewalls, proxies and how traffic flows in the network.
Apply security policies to the proxies, understand risks in your work area of responsibility, and how to mitigate them.
Create and maintain policy, procedure, and other documentation as required within the Policy and Procedure Management site, and Runbooks/Playbooks for the Help Desk to provide support for the Proxy toolset.
Respond within SLA to tickets in our ticketing system, both incidents and requests; create and properly manage change control as needed in this same system.
Current Proxy knowledge and experience preferred.
Zscaler experience preferred.
Cybersecurity experience preferred.
