Location: Jersey City, NJ

 

Key Responsibilities:

• LoanIQ Management: Act as the LoanIQ expert, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.
• Business Analysis: Gather and document requirements for LoanIQ enhancements or new implementations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations within LoanIQ.
• Support & Training: Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for LoanIQ-related issues.
• Testing & QA: Develop test cases and support system testing and UAT.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data management within LoanIQ.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in LoanIQ.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, basic understanding of asset financing, and experience with system configuration.
• Communication: Clear communication and documentation abilities.

 

LoanIQ Project Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead LoanIQ-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align project goals with business needs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Testing & Implementation: Oversee the testing phases and ensure smooth implementation of LoanIQ enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on LoanIQ or financial systems.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, experience with project management tools, and knowledge of LoanIQ.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.

 

LoanIQ Subject Matter Expert

Location: Jersey City, NJ

 

Key Responsibilities:

• LoanIQ Expertise: Provide deep expertise in LoanIQ, guiding best practices for system use and configuration.
• Implementation: Lead and support LoanIQ implementation projects, including system setup, customization, and integration.
• Hands-On Work: Perform hands-on configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting within LoanIQ.
• Training & Support: Train users and provide ongoing support for LoanIQ-related queries and issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system performance.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with LoanIQ, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, experience with system customization, and data management within LoanIQ.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
