Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Lead Data Engineer or Data Architect, with a strong background in the healthcare industry.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Data Bricks, Azure, and other cloud technologies. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data engineers. Experience providing strategic and advisory feedback.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure certifications).
- Experience with other cloud platforms and big data technologies.
