Location: Spring, TX – Onsite Role
Long Term Project
C2C cost: $55-57/hr on C2C
Client: Manufacturing Domain (Mandatory in recent projects)
Job Description:
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux/Ubuntu systems, DevOps practices, and a variety of tools to automate and streamline our operations and processes, including Terraform, Terragrunt, and Azure.
• Years Experience: 10+ years relevant experience in DevOps, 3-4 years in Linux based Build and release management
Skills Required and Key Responsibilities:
• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure using Linux-based systems.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Terragrunt to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Source Code Management : SVN, Git, GitHub
• Migration Skills: Code Migration from SVN to GitHub
• Package Management: Azure Artifacts/Nexus/Ubuntu Repos
• Cloud Services : Azure & AWS
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration to manage and deploy applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
