Duration: Contract
Role Description:
o Develop and deliver Agile & DevOps consulting solutions to TCS clients
o Provide strategic transformation mentoring to client executives and become a trusted advisor
o Provide coaching, training, mentoring to TCS client organizations on Agile and related methodologies
o Supervise a team of culturally diverse and distributed team of 2 to 10 consultants (senior, middle, and junior level) depending on the engagement
o Provide hands-on support to across all levels in the customers organization to help them adopt new practices and ways of working
Competencies: Agile DevOps for Senior Management, Agile Research
Experience (Years): 10 & Above
Essential Skills:
As an enterprise coach, you will help teach, facilitate and influence leadership, product management team and other stakeholders as they proceed on their Business Agility journey.
You should have one or more the following qualification.
Desirable Skills:
? Provide consulting, coaching and training on Agility & DevOps to TCS customers
? Contribute to TCS
? thought leadership in Agile & DevOps space
