Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions. Design, configure, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations. Leverage Generative AI technologies to automate and enhance CMDB processes, such as data reconciliation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and ServiceNow configurations to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMDB and AI integrations. Provide guidance and best practices for integrating GenAI with ServiceNow modules.
