Role                 : Business System Analyst

Location          : Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid)

Duration          : 12 Months+ (with possible extension)

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Business Analyst cum Project Manager with diversified business analysis experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of key business drivers and the ability to support key systems and industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Support and enhance key business systems in alignment with industry standards.
  • Lead and participate in full life cycle application development projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure application functionality and performance.
  • Act as a Project Lead when required, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
  • Handle complex assignments with efficiency and excellence, quickly earning a reputation for reliability and high productivity.
  • Foster a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, working effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
  • Strong dedication to excellence and high productivity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Airline Domain experience required (Nice to have)
