Role: AWS SRE Lead Engineer with IAC Terraform

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Experience: 11+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

•              Lead and Mentor A Team of SREs (Proven Experience), Fostering A Culture of Collaboration, Innovation, And Continuous Improvement.

•              Design and Implement Highly Available, Fault-Tolerant, And Scalable Architectures for a Cloud-Based Applications and AWS Infrastructure.

•              Collaborate with Development Teams to Ensure That Applications Are Designed and Built with Reliability, Observability, And Operational Excellence in Mind.

•              Defining SLA’S / SLO’S Using SRE Principles.

•              Implement and Maintain Monitoring, Logging, And Alerting Systems to Proactively Identify and Resolve Issues Before They Impact Customers.

•              Automate Operational Tasks and Processes Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) And Configuration Management Tools.

•               Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines to Ensure Reliable and Efficient Application Deployments

•               Excellent Problem-Solving, Communication, And Collaboration Skills

•              MUST HAVE Large Scale Implementation and Migration Experience of Data Center to Cloud Infrastructure Automation Through DevOps Scripting (Type Scripting Preferred, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) .

•              IAC Terraform MUST HAVE Strong Foundation on Cloud Engineering , SRE, Operations , Microservices(Docker, K8’S)

•              MUST HAVE Security Mindset - Good Concepts on Applying Policies (Writing, Policy Initiatives. Scope Etc.) Aligning with Sec Benchmarks and Guardrails.

•              Basic Understanding of Networking Constructs

•              GOOD TO HAVE Good Practical Linux / Windows-Based Systems Administration Skills in A Cloud or Virtualized Environment

•              GOOD TO HAVE Certification and Experience on Other Cloud Technologies
