Job Descriptions:

 

Develop, revise, and execute test cases and scripts to meet acceptance criteria, including data validations, using Jira as the central repository.

Attach screenshots as evidence to test cases executed in Jira.

Support and execute testing for various workstreams, including regression, functional, and system integration testing, as well as program-level testing such as performance, E2E, UAT, and PAT.

Develop automation and performance scripts to accelerate testing processes and conduct performance testing within the scope.

Manage and triage defects, including data issues and remediation, throughout the testing process.

Verify ETL pipelines during unit and functional testing to ensure accurate data migrations.

Collaborate with program stakeholders to achieve desired testing results and meet acceptance criteria for each release.

Contribute to technical designs, prioritize Epics and User Stories, and implement technology platforms for custom digital and technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Utilize test management tools such as Zephyr to store test cases, manage test results, and track test evidences.

Employ performance testing tools such as Cloud Test, Load Runner, and Relay for server-level metrics, API testing, and browser-based user experience metrics.

Monitor performance and identify bottlenecks using performance monitoring and engineering tools like Azure App Insights, New Relic, Jaeger, and Splunk.

 

Skills:   

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in leading testing initiatives, with a focus on test automation and performance testing.

Proficiency in Java programming, including experience writing and maintaining automation scripts.

Strong experience with Selenium and TOSCA frameworks.

Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.

Understanding of MS Dynamics 365 applications and the ability to validate Dynamics-based workflows and processes would be preferred.

Experience with performance testing tools such as Cloud Test, Load Runner, and Relay.

Familiarity with performance monitoring and engineering tools like Azure App Insights, New Relic, Jaeger, and Splunk.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and triage defects effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Understanding of testing best practices and methodologies, including regression, functional, system integration, and performance testing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.

 

Desirable Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
