REQUIRED SKILLS	Submittal Requirements 3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume) Previous development experience ideally w/ C#.Net Azure Experience as a Technical Product Manager/ Owner taking overall responsibility for an on prem or cloud-based application development initiative Must have proven Agile experience (SAFe) Azure DevOps     looking for people that have been involved in back-end development projects with a strong preference for people that have worked on MS stack projects (C#/ Azure)   This person functions like a Technical Lead but will have responsibility for managing releases, managing cards, and taking technical requirements form microservices.
