Position Responsibilities | a highly motivated Senior Tableau Developer who is excited about working at a leading healthcare company with business and engineering teams.
This consultant must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area as a hybrid working arrangement is required. One local with DL candidate and one relocation candidate is required.
To be successful at this position, the Senior Tableau Developer should have a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, the ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
- Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
- Collaborating with teams to implement and integrate new systems.
- Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
- Creating tools to store data within the organization.
Requirements: - Solid (5 years plus) as a Tableau Developer.
- Relevant work experience.
- A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization.
- Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.
- Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables).
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to function equally well as a team member and individual contributor.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
