Position Responsibilities a highly motivated Senior Tableau Developer who is excited about working at a leading healthcare company with business and engineering teams. This consultant must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area as a hybrid working arrangement is required. One local with DL candidate and one relocation candidate is required. To be successful at this position, the Senior Tableau Developer should have a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, the ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities: Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions. Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. Collaborating with teams to implement and integrate new systems. Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues. Creating tools to store data within the organization. Requirements: Solid (5 years plus) as a Tableau Developer. Relevant work experience. A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization. Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools. Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables). Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture. Excellent communication skills with the ability to function equally well as a team member and individual contributor. Education: Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
