Position: Salesforce Architect Location: IL or any where in USA Role: Full Time. Technical/Functional Skills Salesforce Sales Cloud Service and Health cloud verticals Architecture Review and good hands on on Design and Implementation.   Roles & Responsibilities   Delivery leaders must have demonstrated in Salesforce expertise design, development and administration. Delivery leaders must have specific experience in Salesforce Sales, Service and Health cloud verticals. Delivery leaders must be able to actively engage with Customer Salesforce technical and functional teams and contribute towards story analysis, design, and development. Delivery leaders must have demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce production management, deployment management, defects management and issues triage. Establish and maintain a high-touch client relationship with Client  leaders as assigned Work closely with Client development and test leaders to define and establish project execution strategy Assist in on-boarding talented TCS resources based on documented job descriptions and in determining specific subject matter training requirements to quickly build productive teams Establish clear and concise goals for the TCS team members based on client defined deliverables Monitor TCS resource delivery of defined services Ensure timely communication of project or personnel issues and risks Work with Client team leaders to establish product delivery key performance measurements and provide dashboard reporting as determined by the team Ensure a high focus on quality deliverables and maintain documented service levels   Thanks & Regards          Raja Borra Email ID: raja.borra@tekleaders.com  5151 Headquarters Dr, Suite # 105, Plano, TX 75024.
