Mobile Application Software Automation Testing Experience for both iOS and Android in recent years!! (not looking for a web tester, must be mobile)
Test Automation – Appium / Selenium are the best to see on resumes because they are the most translatable to their environment (they are going to be using Detox, but most people don't have this experience yet. Look for people with Appium / Selenium with Javascript)
MUST see heavy Automation! This manager looks for well detailed, hands-on Automation activities in the bullets on their resume. Must specifically be leaning on Javascript for automation (rather than Java)]
Strong JavaScript programming
Android Studios/Mocha, XCUI Test (iOS)
qTest -Test Case Management Tool
Device Clouds – Browserstack, Perfecto, SauceLabs or other industry-leading tools
