Job Description:
- Relevant Cority Technical Developer experience
- 5+ yrs Cority Technical Support and Escalation to vendor
- Customizing the Cority platform through scripting, coding, and development to address unique business processes, workflows, forms, and reporting requirements.
- Integrating Cority with other systems and applications used within your organizations ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Developing scripts and automated processes within Cority to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- Managing data within the Cority platform, including data migration, transformation, validation, and cleansing, to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Providing technical support to end-users and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges related to Cority implementation and customization.
- Leveraging Coritys API (Application Programming Interface) to build custom integrations, automate workflows, and extend the functionality of the platform.
- Continuously assessing and optimizing the Cority platform to ensure it aligns with evolving business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Assistance with Cority Application and Development troubleshooting
- Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master on alignment with project objectives
- Creating training materials, documentation, and knowledge resources to support users in effectively utilizing the customized features and functionalities of the Cority platform.
