Accountant/Consultant with Quickbooks experience

We recently purchased a company, out of central Florida. We plan a buy and build strategy so we will be implementing robust IT solutions for the platform company. In the meantime, they have no true financial accounting system. Their accountant takes feeds from AP logs, the bank, AR logs and creates all the journals using Sage50. We need to bring that in house quickly. We would like to implement QuickBooks (used today for cutting checks and producing invoices, which are the feeds to the accountant) as an interim solution while we work on the long-term accounting package.
We think we need someone for 6 weeks. They will need to spend some of the time at the Clermont, Fl location (Orlando area) for working out design than training people. It is a very hands-on environment so best if someone local (ish). We will be flexible to move quickly with a capable person.
- Implemented QuickBooks before
- COA
- AP Processes
- AR processes
- GL process
- Utilized QB operationally for all the above
- Understands on prem vs cloud versions to determine best path forward
Basically, they should have installed and used QB before and is considered expert level on the product. Likely an accountant with strong technical skills. Start date is last week.
--prefer local people –will be remote and onsite
