Role: Appian Lead Developer Location: Richmond, VA/Norfolk, VA/Atlanta, GA/ Woodland Hills, CA/Thousand Oaks, CA/Mason, OH/ Wallingford, CT (Candidate needs to work from client office for 3 Days - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Duration: 12+ Months Note: Need Appian Lead Developer Requirements: - 8+ years as an Appian developer
- PBM/Rx Domain- No Mandatory
- Expert-level understanding of Appian platform and architecture
- Experience leading multiple Appian development teams
- Excellence collaborating cross-functionally to achieve technology goals
- Creative problem-solver who can resolve complex Appian issues
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: - Full lifecycle implementation experience across multiple major Appian applications
Responsibilities: - Lead Appian development teams and projects to build innovative solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and manage build processes
- Guide application architecture decisions, ensuring robust, scalable applications
- Direct configuration of application objects, interfaces, data models and other solution components
- Mentor junior developers on Appian best practices and object design patterns
- Drive process and communication between business and IT teams
- Stay on top of latest Appian functionality and roadmap releases
