Hello, Greetings! This is Rishabh Sahu from VBeyond Corp. We are a global recruitment company with specialization in hiring IT professionals.  One of our clients is looking for Protocol Test Lead Remote (USA). Role – Protocol Test Lead Location – Remote (USA) Role Responsible for end-to-end solution quality, working closely with stakeholders outside and inside the organization. Define and manage the test strategy for the solution involving multiple products to ensure best-in-class quality. Work closely with customers to understand their quality perspectives and act as a link between customers and development teams from the quality point of view. Work with the customers, partners and the internal teams to maximize the value of the available testing infrastructure/ test benches, in order to ensure optimal quality. Work with product/component teams to ensure that the teams delivering high quality value to the customers (end to end). Responsible taking Go/No Go decision for the solution release based the testing status and pending defects.  Represent EXFO in key customer interactions related to solution quality. Support and do not hesitate to get involved with the team’s decisions.  Willing to jump into technical tasks, when needed. Nurture out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving. Occasionally engage in test reviews in order to remain connected and find out any systemic gaps. Make continuous demonstratable improvements in the methodologies and practices to improve the solution quality and maximize the value delivered.   Qualifications: University degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in the similar role of working with customers, in the capacity of QA/Test Lead. 10+ years of overall hands-on experience in quality assurance and testing including test strategy, test design, test execution and test automation.   Experience in product industry with Telecom(4G and 5G) Domain and Protocols is mandatory.  Experience wireless network testing in 4G and 5G skills Experience of working with teams spread across multiple geographies is preferred.  Thanks & Regards, Rishabh Sahu VBeyond Corporation Technical Recruiter Desk - (908) 546-1719 rishabhs@vbeyond.com | www.vbeyond.com 390 Amwell Road, Suite # 107, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 .........................
