Job Description

Work with our customers & business stakeholder to gather requirements, design complex journey workflows for inbound & outbound channels using AEP Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities
Ability to drive discovery sessions with business & tech stakeholders to understand current state of the system & formulate point of view to drive towards orchestration and decisioning using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and other non AJO solutions
Creating technical specifications and documentation for Journey Optimizer solutions
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer Journey design and configuration to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging for omni channel interactions.
Mapping multi-channel customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints
Establishing rules and conditional logic to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors
Configuring interfaces, templates, and components for Journey Optimizer workflow
Implementing A/B and multivariate testing to optimize journeys
Experience integrating AJO with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, External Data Sources via custom actions and other marketing channels

1 +year of hands-on experience with AJO
4+ years of experience with orchestration and decisioning systems for multi-channel interactions
5+ years of SDLC methodologies and implementation process
