I do have a very urgent requirement for Pega Lead Decisioning Architect– Bridgewater NJ (hybrid/Remote), If you are looking for a change, please share me your profile to arun@tekleaders.com Client Verizon Position Pega Lead Decisioning Architect Location Bridgewater NJ (hybrid/Remote) Job Type C2C Max Pay rate $90 Job Description Has minimum 6 years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Decisioning Has minimum 3 years of experience as Lead decisioning architect Has minimum 3 years of experience with Adaptive analytics and performance analysis in Pega Customer Decision Hub Ability to improve Pega Decisioning AI performance through various methods Provide thought-leadership to regularly generate and incubate new decisioning concepts across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements Ability to present decisioning concepts and benefits, and influence stakeholders ranging from Marketing heads and vice presidents to the operations team Ability to recommend decisioning algorithms which balance customer needs with business objectives. Certified in Pega CPMC and CPDC Certified in Pega CLSA Should have strong experience defining decisioning architecture, solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing End to end experience defining solutions, design and implementation in Customer Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modelling, campaign management Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modelling, database performance and multi-terabyte data warehouses Manage a team of Pega Decisioning Architects and system architects and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time and on budget. Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum and waterfall Experience with setup and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports and monitoring Experience with setup and execution of Adaptive model Experience with using the PMMLs from existing non Pega predictive model and using them in Pega decisioning Provide consultation and training to Decisioning architects Ability to assess existing decisioning strategies and expand the platform to support multi-channel Lead the planning, designing and implementation of Decisioning initiatives Develop Next Best Action strategies Experience on Pega CPM, Smart Investigate frameworks preferred     Don't want any more emails?
