Veeva Vault VRIM "
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in Veeva Vault RIM suite
• Good understanding of content management concepts.
• Act as Vault Subject Matter Expert in recommending enhancements in technical function/business utility.
• Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving issues and communicating resolutions.
• Expert on life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements • Knowledge of support processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and experience working in support teams.
• Must be familiar with project metrics reporting and dashboards and should possess experience in leading and managing projects.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial processes across pharmaceuticals/biotechnology
• 7+ years of relevant experience with Veeva Vault RIM
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers."
