JOB DESCRIPTION

• Must have recent work experience as a scrum master in a Lab, biotech or pharma company managing development and/or IT projects
• Strong Proficiency with Agile tools and methodology
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communications, investigative, negotiation, collaboration, and virtual management skills
• Comfortable leading project teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Communicates effectively with and influences all levels of the organization
• Requires excellent internal and external collaboration, influencing skills, and the ability to lead diverse cross-functional, virtual teams
• Facilitates scrum meetings (daily standup, backlog grooming, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospective), ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders

Work Experience:

•             Must have recent work experience as a scrum master in a Lab, biotech or pharma company managing development and/or IT projects. 

•             Business Acumen, specifically experience in diagnostics space and has high level technical understanding (needed to be effective with the team)

•             Leading Agile teams in distributed agile environment

•             Certified Scrum Master and Certified SAFe Scrum Master 

•             5+ years of relevant experience and Proficiency with Agile tools and methodology

•             Experience in Rally and Jira
