Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a talented an experienced Machine Learning Engineer specializing in conversational AI and language models. As a key member of our early team, you will work directly with our Managers and play a crucial role in developing our AI-powered products. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and want to contribute to the development of intelligent conversational systems, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for conversational AI applications and language models. Research and implement SOTA techniques in natural language understanding, natural language generation, and dialogue management. Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets to train and validate machine learning models. Optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, conversational AI, and language models and contribute to the organization's knowledge base. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate machine learning models into production systems. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a focus on conversational AI and language models. Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Excellent communication and team-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
