Below is the detailed Job Description of the role Role: Workday Business Consultant Location: West Orange, NJ/Remote Type: Contract Job Description: Current Workday Prism or Integration certification. 3+ years of experience with development and/or architecture of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio. 3+ years of Prism, integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements. Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration. Ability to train and participate in the professional development in both project-management and technical dimensions. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task. Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration. Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
