| Dynamics-365 QA Lead - Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid) C2C Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the E2E testing process, from understanding business and functional requirements to preparing QA artifacts and designing QA requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to maintain consistency and accuracy against project deliverables.
- Execute tests and deliver test artifacts within defined timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain and manage test suites for project enhancements and existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with the team on a daily basis to provide status updates on test executions and deliverables, ensuring the achievement of project timelines.
- Provide support during Smoke, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Smoke test phases in the test execution process.
- Mentor and educate the team on functionalities and enhancements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ/CRM.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ/CRM and leverage this knowledge to drive successful test executions.
Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ/CRM testing.
- Proficient in configuring Pricing and Quote (CPQ) functionalities within D365.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ability to understand complex business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in mentoring and educating team members on functionalities and enhancements.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ/CRM.
- Previous experience in software testing for Sales, Pricing, and Quote management systems.
