- Experience in managing on-prem data centers, cloud operations, and cloud migration efforts (specifically with AWS)
- Devops knowledge and experience as a Program and/or Project Manager.
- Experience in Service and project management tools ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft projects and products
- Implementing ITIL best practices, standardization of processes, and policies for infrastructure and operations.
- Key concepts and technical understanding around Cloud (AWS, Microsoft), OS, security, Networking, Database etc.
- These include Red Hat, Ubuntu, Palo Alto, Azure, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Rancher, Gitlab, VMWARE, Vault, HashiCorp, App Dynamics, Nagios, Docker, AzureDevops, Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Proofpoint, Imperva, DataDog, Dynatrace.
- Creating and running governance meetings, managing large teams and their day-to-day priorities, and escalations
- Quality-focused, oversee documentation processes and procedures.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and support their IT needs to accomplish their goals.
