Job Description –

• Creates requirements definition documentation and functional specifications to capture business needs using advanced business processes
• Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment.
• Validates with the customer and shared with project stakeholders
• Responsible for design validation, configuration, implementation, and functional/technical support and maintenance.
• Hands on role to Configure and maintain SAP GTS as well as relevant SAP ECC components that support Global Regulatory compliance processes of Sanctioned Party screening, Embargo Screening, License checks. Familiarity with Export and Import compliance processes is a plus.
• Good understanding of SAP GTS integration with SAP SD, MM and FI processes is needed
• Process and test solutions, including appropriate documentation
• Support business users in delivery of end user training
• Works closely with process teams to facilitate project progress and ensure integrated system solutions.
• Functions as key member of project teams throughout full project lifecycle (blueprinting, realization, final prep, go-live, and support) including the operate phase.
• Provide Sustainment and implementation support, preparing the business for the system solution.
• Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system
• Demonstrates problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages
